BHOID Returns Policy and Procedure
We hope that you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied with your BHOID product, we are happy to refund or exchange your item. The item must be returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. The returned item must not have been worn or washed.
To organise your return please email us at email@example.com prior to posting the item.
We allow items to be returned to us at the below address within 21 days of purchase, along with the original packing slip or invoice.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the returns parcel reaches us safely, you may wish to use recorded or special delivery where appropriate. BHOID cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
If, BHOID receives a return that is not in a re-saleable condition BHOID reserve the right to refuse a refund.
BHOID will refund an items postage charge if the product is faulty, but not if it simply unwanted.
BHOID reserve the right to charge a small re-stocking fee.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
